Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:
   

   Customers can cancel their orders before they are dispatched for shipping. To cancel an order, customers must contact NutriWellments customer support as soon as possible.

   Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to the Returns and Exchanges Policy for options regarding unwanted or incorrect orders.

    

2. Refund Eligibility:
   

   Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy and are subject to the following conditions:

   a) Product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.

   b) Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only and do not include shipping charges.

   c) Refunds are not provided for products damaged or lost in transit unless covered by the Shipping Insurance Policy.

    

3. Refund Process:
   

   To initiate a refund, customers must contact NutriWellments customer support within 7-10 days of receiving the product(s) and provide details of the reason for the refund request.

   Once the refund request is approved, customers will receive instructions for returning the product(s) to NutriWellments.

   Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

   
   
4. Refund Exceptions:
   

   NutriWellments reserves the right to refuse refunds in the following circumstances:

   a) Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

   b) Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.

   
   
5. Refund Disputes:
   

   In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, customers may escalate the matter to NutriWellments management for review and resolution.

   
   
6. Damaged or Defective Products:
   

   Customers who receive damaged or defective products should contact NutriWellments customer support immediately for assistance. Refunds or replacements for damaged or defective products will be provided in accordance with the Damaged or Defective Products Policy.

   
   
7. Policy Updates:
   

   NutriWellments reserves the right to update or modify the Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for changes.
